INTELLO Plus Delivers Airtightness on Stunning University of Kansas Collaboration
If the high performance building movement is going to change the construction industry as we know it, we not only need to deliver comfort, safety, and efficiency; we also need beauty. The student team at Studio 804 from the University of Kansas School of Architecture & Design in Lawrence score high marks in every category on their latest project: a pair of small-footprint homes called the Houses on Oak Hill Avenue.
475 has been a proud partner in their work for several years running. They have used Pro Clima materials to deliver the airtightness and moisture control necessary to complete holistic building designs. Guided by Professor Dan Rockhill, they set out for the highest levels of airtightness and insulation, with an eye for materials that avoid off-gassing and promote healthy indoor air quality. It’s no surprise INTELLO PLUS was an essential part of the answer to their equation. And they were nice enough to offer us a product review video to discuss how the installation went. There you have it - the next generation leading the way.
